Greg can help you avoid experiencing or limiting the damage. Limiting the damage or severity of the injury will reduce the recovery time allowing you to get back to normal self. Once you feel an muscle strain it is always best to address the injury as soon as possible.

Injury Recovery:
Greg can design a recovery plan to help you get back to normal & playing sport again. Some of the most common sports injuries are related to hamstring, quad muscles, calf muscles & lower back strain. Depending on the injury type Greg will have you on the road to recover.
